The Alumni Officer reports to the Public, International Relations and Resource Mobilisation Manager. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant social science discipline from a recognised University. Applicant should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, engaging tone and strong networking and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.

Applicants must have a National Diploma in Office Management / Secretarial Studies or equivalent plus typing 50 wpm and shorthand 100 wpm and at least 5 Ordinary level passes including English Language. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, preferably in a University environment. Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications such as Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint is a requirement.

Applicants must have at least 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or better and a National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Applicants should have at least three years relevant work experience and knowledge of an accounting package such as Pastel.
