Precious Hove is a full- time lecturer in the department of Agribusiness Management at Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences, Zimbabwe. Precious Hove holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, Master’s degree in Strategic Management, obtained at Chinhoyi University of Technology in 2009, an Honours degree in Business Management obtained at Midlands State University in 2004 and a Diploma in Education, obtained from the University of Zimbabwe in 1998. Over the year Precious has developed interest in business management, entrepreneurship and knowledge management and she has co-authored several publications in those areas. Precious has over 10 years’ experience of lecturing at Universities.
