REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – CLOVER WAREHOUSE

­COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS
i. Current registration with PRAZ in the category (attach copy of proof)
ii. Attach valid tax clearance, CR14, certificate of incorporation, if not previously submitted
iii. Vendor Number must be stated on the quotation
iv. Quotes must be send to pmu@muast.ac.zw PDF format on or before 10:00 of the closing date
v. All prices should be in RTGS and should be VAT inclusive on the unit price as well as total price
vi. The total price must include the supply and delivery cost of the procurement requirement to the university’s CSC campus.
vii. Non-compliance with the requirements will lead to disqualification.
viii. The University reserves the right not to accept necessarily the lowest bidder as the case maybe
