Congratulations Dr Araam Gwiza for graduating with a PhD in Public Management and Governance

Dr Araam Gwiza is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Development Sciences as well as the Acting Examinations Officer in the Academic Registry Department. He recently graduated with a PhD in Public Management and Governance from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in South Africa. His research was based on a thesis entitled, “Public expenditure management capacity challenges in the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Zimbabwe”
